Hello, cycling enthusiasts!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a blog entry featuring inspirational cycling quotes. Since I’m a sucker for quotes and since you get ever get inspired enough, I’m creating a follow up to the blog posts of a similar nature that I’ve written in the past.

As always, I glean the majority of my inspiration from my Barton Haynes Pinterest page. For those of you who haven’t checked it out recently, I update my pages weekly and am always featuring the latest and greatest content that appears on the web. (My favorite boards recently have been my Cycling Apparel board and my Vintage Cycling board.)

It’s always important to motivate yourself with inspiration during times of new beginnings. Given that we’re still in the genesis of the new year and are in the midst of a new moon, I thought that these inspirational quotes would be quite appropriate. Some of them are motivating, some are funny, but I think you’ll enjoy each one.

Hello to all of my cycling comrades following my journey!

For those of you who follow my other blog at http://www.barthaynes.com (AKA Bart Haynes the Bike Guy), you’ll know that my latest post features Cycling in the News in September of 2017. Here, I shared top stories on the Internet featuring competitive cyclists competing in well known races. As an avid cyclist, I believe that it’s important to keep up to date on my sport of choice.

Hello, everyone! I hope you all have been having a productive week cycling, be that indoor or outdoor.

Today, I wanted to follow up from a recent blog post I wrote on my affiliate site titled Workouts for Indoor Cycling on barthaynes.com. Many of my readers have been asking about good routines to do indoors during the winter months. Although I personally am not confined indoors due to the fact that I live in San Diego, California, I still do many workouts and exercises indoors.

Today, I’d like to share some inspiring images that show effective exercise routines that will boost and maximize your efforts in the saddle. I hope that you learn something new and try a few of these routines out for yourself at home!

Hello, readers!

Today, I’m going to reference one of my other social media sites: Quora. Have you heard of it? I discovered the website this year and have greatly enjoyed connecting to other cyclists and learning more about cycling as a sport.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Quora, here is their description from the Quora website:

“Quora’s mission is to share and grow the world’s knowledge. A vast amount of the knowledge that would be valuable to many people is currently only available to a few — either locked in people’s heads, or only accessible to select groups. We want to connect the people who have knowledge to the people who need it, to bring together people with different perspectives so they can understand each other better, and to empower everyone to share their knowledge for the benefit of the rest of the world.”

Through Quora, I’ve not only been able to share my knowledge as a cyclist with the rest of the world, but I’ve been able to learn things I would have never known if not for the tidbits of information shared by fellow cyclists.
